Description: Choke Chain Dog Collar - Just under 20 inches. Have many available, first picture is an example. They measure out just under 20 inches when completely stretched out. They have never been used on a dog or for anything else. They were supposed to be used for large project to make hundreds of bird toys, but the original owner passed away before completing the project for the birds. If they are to be used on a dog, I would say they fit L - XL dog breeds best depending on neck size. Included an example pic last of one I put on a dog as a secondary collar. It does tighten if you choose to make it the only collar.
