Description: This is a new Chrome Saginaw Tear Drop Style Power Steering Pump and a new Chrome Mounting Bracket for 1955-57 Chevy cars with 283-327 V8 engines. Part # PSPK-401C w/ OLD SCHOOL PUMP. This quality Saginaw style pump and reservoir uses a bolt on pulley with 5/8" keyed shaft. Pump has a 3/8" hose barb for return line and a female 5/8"-18 inverted flare fitting for the high pressure outlet.The bracket fits 1955 1956 1957 Chevy cars with 283 to 327 Chevy V8 engines. Designed for use with front motor mounts; this kit bolts to the block using existing holes and works the best when the alternator/generator is in the stock location.
