Includes white cover.Note photo # 12 (last one) in the photo gallery which compares a standard pendulum mount type 35 lamp. Annealed crystal glass, never installed, exposed to road use or the elements, please see condition description. From long term environment controlled storage with minor evidence of age & shelf life. Shows as described. No cracks, chips, nicks, pitting, or other damage to lens glass, unblemished reflector, shiny chrome housing & bezel.A few small, vertical surface scratches noted on upper face of lens glass, no other glass flaws noted, see photos. Approximate dimensions are 6.5 inch width X 3.5 inch height (165 mm X 89 mm), can mount pendulum or upright.
