Bookpalte of Maurice Robert De Marais on front pastedown. Des Marais was a longtime faculty member in the Department of Architecture at Penn State College of Arts and Architecture and a corporate member of the American Institute of Architects. Old hand ownership of Ellis B. Reeves of Phoenixville, Pa dated Valentine’s Day 1862. Front gutter tender. Frontispiece is bright and clean. Interior lightly toned with minor instances of age-staining. Free of known markings. Binding intact. Please see photos. We can find no other copies for sale at this present time.
