The National Rifle Assoc. published this reprint. i do not see a date on it. it describes production figures and photographs of many of the handguns and carbines used during the civil war. it has two parts and is 31 pages and is in very good condition.Military Images, vol XIII no. 5 march-april 1992. i do not believe that this periodical is just on the civil war. two articles in this issue that deal with it are The Guns of Gettysburg and The Keystone Travelers. 32 pages in very good condition. there is a black scuff mark on the cover near the collar.Men At Arms. vol. 2. no. 1 jan/feb. 1980. they describe this magazine as the magazine of arms collecting-investing. not sure if this has anything to do with the civil war. - perhaps more about the American Revolution. 64 pages and it is a little rough on the edges. one article is on the chelmsford sword which was manufactured just after the civil war. Notes on Ammunition of the American Civil War. 1861-1865. published in 1959 by the american ordnance association. over 30 pages. very good condition note little crease on lower right of cover.Civil War Centennial. copyright 1961 by brown and bigelow. 20 + pages. These were promotional pieces offered to different companies I believe. this one was offered by Bearings Specialty Co., in Boston. the lower back page has a small 3/16 ink circle and the inside cover has a name in ink - looks like roy keene. otherwise very good condition.Facts about the Civil War. 20 plus pages issued in 1960 by the civil war centennial commission. very good condition. cover does have a couple of stains.A Pictorial History of the Battle of Gettysburg. distributed by l.e. Smith wholesale distributors, gettysburg. Over 70 pages, many pictures. not sure of the date printed. in very good condition. i only found, on the inside cover three words were underlined in ink??MAP: Battlefield of The Civil War. produced by the National Geographic Society for their magazine. not sure of the date. copyright 1974. This map was reprinted in 1992 for the Blue and the Gray??? It does have at least one fold cut. it is 22 by 28 3/4" opened or 5 1/2 x 7 1/4 folded.
