These are re-prints that he made probably in the mid 60s in an effort to save the original image which had a little bit of damage you can tell that from looking closely at the photo. There are three different exposures here dark medium and lighter you are purchasing only one unless you increase the quantity. Paper Measures 8 x 10 the image itself measures 7 x 10 These are the only ones of this image that were found in the estate. I have not yet found the original if it is even still here. After cleaning out the 7000 sq ft combination residence & studio by the Clearwater courthouse in 2014, we have been sorting through over 100,000 photographs for the last 10 years, and are finally offering SOME of the best ones up for sale individually. As the estate gains recognition and momentum here, we will begin to list more and more, some in sets, and some for auction as well. Not everything will be sold. We just want to share his work & get it circulated & known. Much of the collection will remain with the curators to share later. We hope to Bring recognition to his life's work as well as to find homes for the history of an entire city as documented by the city photographer. The photographs include everything you would've expected a city photographer to have been present for, from weddings, to new construction, aerial photographs, sporting events, school events, press photography, police, Jaycees, and a really nice , but VERY LIMITED collection of nude photographs from a nudist camp that is still in operation here today. Even more limited, there were a handful of war photographs and film that we were able to save, but it was not much as unfortunately for some reason, he had stored the war photographs outside where they were exposed to the weather, and sadly they had been completely destroyed. The photos that are being offered here were well preserved, found inside the home and studio, in a cool, dry, cellar type setting. FOLLOW US ON EBAY !!!
