Description: Hi this is a custom made 3D printed air deflector set (left & right side) for the triumph tiger 850 and 900 model from 2020-2023 ONLY that is currently patent pending. This 3D print is a Snap-On to the existing plastic housing (fairing) No tools or drilling needed for installation. The Tiger 850 and 900 Model years 2020-2023 all have the same Triumph part numbers T2311712 and T2311713 that the deflector attaches to. This 3D model was designed to have maximum airflow output of the radiator while still protecting the rider from the heat that is given out of the radiator while still maintaining that beautiful curve design of the tiger look. The material is ASA plastic that matches the same plastic that the bike fairing is made of. This material is specifically made to be UV resistant while still being heat tolerant. ASA plastic is made so it can be outside and withstand out side elements. I will attach a tutorial link on how to install this 3D printed part. The tutorial was made by the original person I designed it for. The long way install is for the user to see and understand how it is mounted to the bike fairing.
