It is postmarked from Clutier, IA, Feb 5, 1908, 1c stamp. I assume the view is from Clutier. Wonderful historic image with several stores and people. The lower right corner tip is creased and there is a 1/2 inch on the top edge left of center. Clear image. Please see the scans for condition. If a pattern appears on the image on your monitor it was produced by my scanner and the actual item doesn't look that way.
