We do not recommend a turnaround time of less than 3 days due to our quality control standards. In cases requiring immediate turn around we offer a laser exchange at an added charge. All lasers are repaired at our facilities and never shipped else ware We will refill your tube to produce the same output power achieved by the original manufacturer. All cavity optics, alignment and cleanliness will be checked as part of the process and in most cases we turn the unit around within 5 working days. (Subject to if further repairs are required) This applies to CO2 scan head based and Plotter table systems. All too often we find that the Manufacturer on the outside of the system is not necessarily the manufacturer of the laser source. For plotter tables there are many manufacturers such as Universal, Gravograph, Hobart, Epilog, GCC, Trotec just to name but a few but generally speaking they use the same sources from the same manufacturers, such as:-•Coherent•Deos•Synrad•Epilog•Universal We also offer our re-gas service for most makes and models produced other than what is mentioned above. . In addition for RF Excited systems we also offer a repair service for the RF Power supply unit. This is available for most makes and models. Look for my other refill services on lasers from 150-500 watts including all Coherent "K" and "E" Series in both 10.6 and 9 micron wavelengths . These also include the larger Synrad F 200-400 series Lasers. Here are some answers to some of the more frequent questions I Get , Please read below, If You have any questions please ask, I am very versatile and can work on lasers not mentioned above. If you have a question on removing your laser, I will ask for a picture of your machine to confirm its configuration and suggest shipping methods. If you ship in a factory box it will be returned but if the box will not allow the safe return of your laser I will repack it using our packing at no charge. Most lasers just simply unbolt from the frame. If you have controller or software issues I can refer you to some companies that specialize in that area, I am the go to guy for the lasers and RF units but I do not always have answers when it comes to Operating systems and software controllers. There are simply too many versions out there to keep track of. Yes we are international, We have our own brokers and carriers for overseas shipments. You are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred but fill the paperwork out correctly because when lasers made in the US are sent back for repair these charges drop or are eliminated. I have people here who's sole job is to get you international shipment here and back to you safely. We do give quantity discounts should you be a repair or service organization.
