The suede should only be cleaned with a suede brush (not provided). The bag comes with the original crossbody strap, clochette, hangtags, and silk dust bag. The bag is extremely clean inside and been rarely used. This bag is elevated but ONLY sits unassisted if the bag is full of items. I highly recommend a storage insert to maintain structure. I repeat, this is NOT a structured bag. It’s a 100% soft, suede bag! The serial number is not on this bag, as this was part of Coach’s experimental years of placing the style numbers in the seams.
