I did go page by page to inspect for tears, marks, etc. The only flaws to some of these pages are small tears along bottom edge of page, where, when a person turned the oversize page, this caused a minor tear. Page 249 has a small tear thru a picture. Page 271 has a 2” tear along seam crease. Approx. 25 tears to lower edge of the page. No notations-marks.
