Description: Commodore VIC 20 Kernal and Basic ROM Replacement The PCB features a reprogrammable EPROM which is pre-programmed with the Kernal and Basic ROM (UE11/UE12 2364 ROM) and has round gold plated pins for better conductivity. If your VIC 20 does not have a socket in place then you will first need to remove the ROM and replace it with a socket. Some soldering skills are required for this in order not to damage the motherboard.
