Test bench kit (Suitable / compatible with all kinds of Bosch and Neutral brand test benches, pump foundation made according to Bosch standard 125 mm center height - can be customized as well for Hartridge / any other standard on request) - Comes complete with Bosch Cp1 common rail pump mounted on a multipurpose CR pumps foundation with suitable coupling etc., Bosch fuel rail mounted with pressure sensor and pressure control valve / DRV mounted on a suitable stand, Injector holding fixture stand (as shown in pictures) with 7 mm and 9 mm delivery adapters pre fitted hence making it suitable for all types of common rail injector nozzles, all high pressure pipes, connectors, etc. - Test all types of common rail injectors, pumps and rails at high pressure up to 2200 Bar. Both solenoid and piezoelectric type injectors can be tested. - All test plans for Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Cummins injector and pumps etc. are in built. - The user can operate the simulator in 3 modes:- a. Fully automatic mode - in this mode all tests (about 8 to 12 tests for each injector / pump) which are saved in the simulator run one after the other and the test results are saved automatically to the test report which is generated later once testing is over in PDF format. User cannot skip any test and has to run through all, takes about 10 to 15 minutes to test an injector in this mode. b. Semi Automatic / Test plan mode - In this mode the user can select which test to run out of the available tests in the list, so the user can select say 5 out of the 10 available tests to run, once selected the test runs and user can save the test result by clicking on store on the software, and these test results are then saved to the PDF test report. c. Manual mode - In this mode the user manually sets the testing parameters such as the injector pulse width, frequency and test pressure and then runs the test and notes the readings in the flowmeters manually. - Simulator comes complete with its computer software and all computer hardware as shown in the listing, software updates in the future will be provided free of charge to all clients. - The simulator comes fitted with high quality and accurate digital flowmeters, made in Finland. - The simulator front panel is fitted with a HMI touchscreen, the user can operate the simulator in manual mode directly from this touchscreen too for quick testing (when he / she does not wish to use the computer / laptop software) - Unit comes complete with all its hardware and software operation manuals. - Any software help / support the client needs can be remotely provided via Any desk. - User can also use the simulator to measure the injector solenoid resistance and the resistance of the solenoid on the pump / fuel rail to test for its proper operation.
