Description: For sale is a great complete set of the 1971 to 1974 Mint State Silver Eisenhower Dollars in their original Mint packaging. All coins are "S" Mints and are each 40% silver. These coins were sold by the Mint between '71 and '74 as a promotion to spark coin collecting. They're known as the "Blue Ikes" because they came packaged in a fancy blue envelope, and in the plastic cells next to the coin is a blue plastic disc from the mint. All coins are in the original Mint packaging, including the envelopes and the card inserts from the Mint. The coins are sealed in the plastic cells right from the Mint.As you can see from the pics these coins are in exceptionally great shape, and I would say they would grade at MINT STATE-63 or 64 if not higher, which is rare for Blue Ikes because they were not known for being great strikes at the mint. But these coins have lots of shine and mint luster with almost no major blemishes or major toning. Even the blue envelopes are in very nice shape. I do have multiple sets available in the exact same condition and packaging if you were looking to buy more than one. I always discounts for multiple quantities and always combine shipping. These are great for anyone looking to start a silver dollar collection, add to their current one, or just invest in more silver--and you cannot complete an Ike set without them! Thanks!
