It also comes with 4 speakers total, 2 are hinged to the machine and 2 are in the small black case along with the ear piece. It will definitely need a good cleaning, it turns right on and seems to work fine. Average wear and tear and some small scuffs or scratches but overall in excellent condition as you can see. Complete with instruction manual and parts sheets. I haven’t see another one as clean and complete as this one. It does have the small accessories case that is included. The small speakers and ear piece fit inside.
