Restrip is a solid copper strip, which adds tremendous strength, yet allows it to be soldered into your panels. Designed to fit between the pieces of a copper-foiled project (where it gets covered by solder), restrip can also fit inside the channel of lead came. It should be added to weak parts of stained glass panels, like hinge lines, or straight borders. It's designed to help eliminate external reinforcement bars, and since it is copper, it can be bent to follow curves. Comes in an easy-dispensing package for ease of use. We also carry this in a 100' roll if larger quantities are needed. 5/32" width. If you need more reinforcement strength, we also carry Morton Strongline reinforcement in our eBay store. It works the same way as restrip, but since it's copper-covered steel, it adds greater strength, while still fitting invisibly between pieces or inside lead channel.
