The pieces are pre-cut from high quality plywood. The scale is 1" to 1'. No nails or screws are needed to assemble the furniture. Complete instructions are included with each kit. The dining room kit includes a table, four chairs, hutch, and grandfather clock. The bathroom kit includes a sink, bath tub, toilet, hamper, medicine cabinet, mirror, towel shelf, corner shelf, wall shelf, toilet paper holder, and a scale. The library kit includes a grand piano, piano bench, desk, desk chair, book shelf, and round table. All 3 kits are new. The dining room and bathroom kits are sealed in the original plastic. The library kit has been opened but all of the pieces are present and haven't been punched out. There is a narrow strip across the bookcase sides and chair back that looks like something was spilled. Please see the last photo for details. All items are stored in a smoke-free environment.
