Description: Covered Butter Milk Glass Daisy & Button Bryce Brothers? This wonderful milk glass covered butter dish is unmarked, but my research indicates that it may have been produced in the 1880s by Bryce Brothers in their “Fashion” pattern. 4-1/2” total height with lid in place; dish is 7-5/8” across. Condition: Inner edge of dish is rough and has a few small chips. One section has a bit of discoloration. There are dark specks here and there. There is a “tideline” on the outside near the bottom that may be from the mold (seventh photo). Each side of the lid has a small thin panel of glass designed to keep it in place.
