It is a chromolith from a high quality children's book. The large size and interesting composition (with foreground and background scenes) make this series of antique farmyard prints some of the nicest that I sell. The page is in excellent condition.There is text on the back, but the paper is so thick and heavy it doesn't show through. The page is lightly toned with age. The page size is approx. 9.25 x 11.75 inches and the actual image size (without margins) is approx. 8.5 x 10.2 inches. This is NOT a recent copy or modern reproduction, but a GENUINE antique item. All prints are delivered in an archival sleeve and packed flat with heavy cardboard or rolled in a sturdy tube.
