BASIC FRAMING INFO.... either take it to a framer, have them mat and frame under glass...can be pricey... Or... TO FRAME YOURSELF... Carefully get it flat by putting it btwn 2 pieces of large smooth flat cardboard. Place that cardboard sandwich under a heavy rug for a day. Then tape the top of art on the very end tops, to a back board that is the cut the size of the frame. Use a touch of glue and adhere a cut mat over that art...(mat optional). Next, place the clean glassed frame over the art...or, drop the matted art into that glass frame. Watch for dust and partials...( this is tricky, as somehow partials can wander in....try to get them out. Next, place/fit a back board over the back of the art by using a art staple gun( or little nails are ok). Cut a paper backing to fit, glue that on by gluing the edges. HERE'S WHAT U NEED...MORE OR LESS IF FRAMING YOUR OWN ART... Tools best.. A framers glue roll...3M Scotch ATG 700 Adhesive Applicator, 1/2 in and 3/4 in wide roll... Acid free mat board... A Point Driver for Picture Framing.... A Corded Electric ( or not electric) Staple Gun for Upholstery, Framing, Crafts... Frame Acid free mat, UV Glass, Acid free Paperboard to mount art on,... Paper for backing Adhesive refill tape for tape gun, D ring hooks & screws for hanger, Wire, Picture framer acid free tape, USE ALL ACID FREE PRODUCTS OR YELLOWING CAN OCCUR!
