This issue is in very good to near-excellent condition and includes the original pattern sheet, still stapled in the center. As far as I can tell, the pattern sheet does not have any actual garment pattern pieces, but several embroidery designs to copy to fabric and stitch. No writing, marks, loose or dog-eared pages. Very minor wear from storage and handling, including an area on the front cover where the address label was removed.
