Description: Hi! You're looking at a very good condition LP which is a classic 1969 FIRST PRESSING rock album on the Fantasy Records label and the classic second album CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL titled "Bayou Country," with JOHN FOGERTY on guitar and vocals, TOM FOGERTY on rhythm guitar, STU COOK on bass and DOUG CLIFFORD on drums--the album features the classic John Fogerty Creedence songs "Proud Mary," "Born on the Bayou," and "Keep on Chooglin'." The LP is a Fantasy Records 1969 1st PRESSING with the serial number Fantasy 8387 and is a STEREO issue made in the United States at the RCA Rockaway Pressing Plant. This LP Set is in very good condition and the vinyl is in VG overall condition and plays VERY well overall, with some very light hairline marks, moderate scuffs and a number of light scuffs that produce a few light pops here and there (the portions I check sound-graded in the VG+ area--the music is all up-tempo rock with virtually no quiet spots and a FIRST PRESSING on durable heavy vinyl, and even the occasional light pops barely make an impact on the music); the cover is in VG+ condition with light ringwear on the surfaces (very common on this LP), a few light splits on the spine edge, 1 inch splits on the opening edges, a clean split on the upper left edge and just light shelfwear otherwise--it's NOT a cutout! The original plain white inner sleeve is also included. Vinyl Grading Standards (unless otherwise indicated, LPs are visually graded) Mint (or M) – Sealed and effectively perfect with no signs of wear or ever having been played.Near Mint -- A record with only the slightest evidence of ever having been handled.Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) A very clean record that has no marks aside from slight scuffs and abrasions caused by removal from a paper inner sleeve or perhaps a few marks on the label caused by a turntable spindle.Very Good Plus (VG+) A record that has had a number of plays and may have some superficial scuffs, possibly mild to moderate spindle marks and / or possibly hairline scratches on the vinyl, which may produce some intermittent pops and possibly very light background noise.Very Good (VG) A record that has generally been well cared for, but has seen a fair amount of play, with some scuffing. hairline scratches, spindle marks and / or light scratches. Should play through well, with the possibility of more pops and more background noise.Very Good Minus (VG-) A record with significant scuffs, scratches, and spindle marks that should play through with moderate pops and surface noise, possibly of some duration.Good (G) A record with will play through, but with significant pops, substantial background noise, and possibly intermittent skipping.Poor (P) A record with MAJOR issues that will interfere with play, and will possibly be unplayable in part due to damage (I'll only offer an LP in this condition if it's an extreme rarity and / or for cover art display purposes).
