A very solid copy – I have sold four from my collection in the last few years and this is the nicest raw non-CGC copy that I have ever seen. Sad to let it go.The CGC Census lists 16 recorded copies in 23 years and this would rank 4th Highest though I suspect that the top two have been pressed and cleaned to oblivion. I much prefer an untouched copy.What I like about this copy is the clean bright cover - most have some sort of newsagents writing on them. Spoils the look.Published in 1966, it reprints Fantastic Four #1 which originally came out in the USA in Nov 1961. It would be worth sending to CGC for light pressing to make a very respectable copy indeed and double its value. I will do this myself in the Spring probably if I have time.
