Description: Offered here is an uber rare and killer prepared Temnocrinus tuberculatus crinoid from the Wenlock Limestone Formation from the Wrens Nest, Dudley, England; Silurian in age. The Temnocrinus measures 1 3/4” long and has stunning detail. It was found in the 1950’s and sold to Allan Graffham of Geological Enterprise and then sold to Gary Webster; famed crinoid specialist. I purchased this specimen from Gary in 2016 unprepared and had it prepared using the most up to date preparation techniques by one of the best prep guys in the business.
