The CPC Plate bags are interchangeable with the CAGE as a side note - you can go down one size to medium for medium plates or up one size to XL cpc plate bags if you so desire. The Harness itself & Shoulder Pads have built in Sealed Level 3A soft Armor - The plate bags themselves require Level 3 or 4 SAPI or ESAPI Cut Hard plates with or without Plate backers depending on the plates being Stand alone or ICW.
