Description: Crystal Red Shrimp are the perfect entry-level shrimp for those looking to get into keeping caridina shrimp species. Their popularity in the hobby is due to their bright, red-and-white "candy cane" patterning that really pops out against the green of a planted aquarium. Crystal Red Shrimp require acidic water conditioned with a moderate level of hardness. The most bullet-proof way to achieve this is through the use of RO water mixed with a re-mineralizer made specifically for keeping Bee Shrimp. A buffering substrate will also go a long way towards keeping the pH stable and within the appropriate range. Available shrimp are juveniles of a mixed grade S/A - SS+. They are between 1/2" - 1". The pictures accompanying this listing are taken from my current colony and represent the coloration of available stock. Extra shrimp will be included with every purchase to cover the infrequent event that a few shrimp perish during their journey. #### TERMS AND CONDITIONS #### All fish are shipped in insulated boxes.
