It's a three-cube screen array with a top screen, an Ono1 LCD video projector (600 ANSI lumens), and a BovBox HDMI extender, which allows your computer to connect wirelessly from a different room. The wooden projection cubes were primed and coated with Screen Goo, which offers the best luminosity and contrast. They are 20" on a side; top screen is 20" h x 28.25" w, and total height is 60". The top screen is actually a tower that rests on the floor behind the cubes, and the cubes separate from the tower for portability. Each cube weighs about 20 pounds. Use your preferred software for the graphics. I used Max MSP in the video example. A Max subscription is only $10 per month and includes Cornerpin and Meshwarp objects, which allow you to map video to the cubes accurately; just click and drag the image corners while watching the projection.
