Has the desired RQV governor. The piston fuel pump that mounts directly to IP will go with, removed to show its oily and shiny inside. They are better than the engine mounted pumps and are hard to find. I dont own or buy chinese if I can avoid it, this is a top quality German made Bosch unit. Gear will ship separately. If picked up in person, I will include extra parts(lines, fittings, brackets, injectors, aftercooler, H20 ex man and turbo housing etc). This is up for sale locally as well.
