There are 8 Square Modified Brilliant Cut Diamonds (8-SMB-1.01ct tcw, G+/VS1+) that are Invisibly set into the Earrings. The Earrings weighs 4.218 grams, have Butterfly Earring Backs and have the proper hallmarks (see photos)! Retail is $2850.
