Herder A S 'Constant' Solingen Germany Antler Spade Knife This is a fixed blade knife with Friedr. Herder A S Solingen Germany, Constant and three spades on it. This blade is pretty sharp but I am guessing it could be sharpened more. The handle has Antler/Stag. Most likely Elk or Whitetail. A token or coin was used for the bolster. Blade measures 3 1/8" x 1/2". The whole knife measures 8". The widest part of the handle is 6" in diameter. Nice larger grip. The blade is marked. See photos. The tip is pointed but I think it could be ground to more of a point. Blade is straight and not bent. No play in the blade. Shows some age on the blade. Black plastic sheath included.
