New Axles, and New Wheels. This is secured to the package just as if it came that way with the original seal stickers attached. Nice display piece or if you wanted to pull it out you can. The rims are very detailed and very fragile since they are 3D printed. I 3D print the wheels with tires then paint the tires then paint the rims. After they dry very carefully. I then make custom a axle custom length to fit adhere them together and let dry. This GMC 1500 rolls great and the rims are so detailed it's crazy. You can see through the spokes perfectly. The clear plastic case does have a Small Crack on the left side hidden somewhat behind the cardboard. The before pictures are included so you can see what it looked like before.
