Description: Here is a custom-made heavy-duty armor carrier in basic black. Unfortunately, it has no tag and I cannot remember where it was made. It is made to hold both soft panels and hard plates. The shoulder straps and side straps are adjustable and attach with velcro. The front and rear of this carrier have velcro fields for attaching ID patches. The soft armor is inserted from the bottom, and the front and rear also have pockets accessible from the top for inserting plates. This is made of a heavy-weight nylon, and I think it's 500D but I'm not 100 percent sure on that. This carrier held soft armor panels, specifically Safariland IIIA, size 46. It never had hard plates in it, and it was never worn on duty. The carrier is in great shape and looks new. All velcro, straps and retaining bands are in great shape. No armor is included.
