Description: Title: Cyber City - The Decoy - 2004 - U.S. Manga Note: This is the single DVD release of this series. There are three volumes needed to make to complete set. (The Decoy, Time Bomb and Vampire) You can buy the complete collection (one DVD) for 5 to 7 dollars on eBay or the other retailer. There really is no point in buying this, unless you are trying to put a complete 'first release on DVD' set of this together. Note: The DVD case has a saw cut, you can see this in the picture without a lot of difficulty. Run Time: 57 Minutes Packaging/Inserts: Standard Transparent DVD case in cellophane wrap with intact security seal. DVD case has a saw cut, its pretty easy to see in the picture. Region Encoding: 1 (US/Canada) Condition: New in cellophane wrap with intact security seal. Languages: English Voice Track Japanese Voice Track. Subtitles: English. Pricing: New: Prices are normally set at 80 to 90 percent of the other retailers when the item is listed. I choose a price that I like within that range when I do this. As time goes on things that do not sell will drop slowly in price till they are sold. Hopefully I will review prices every month when the item is auto relisted by eBay. If there is a wide variance on the other retailer sellers prices with many sellers present I will choose the 2nd lowest price. Low ball sellers on the other retailer represent a high risk for poor quality items. You do tend to get what you pay for. Used: Due to the lack of effective enforcement of grading policies on the other retailer it is not an effective price guide for used. (The same of course applies to eBay). I try to provide enough detail in the description and hopefully a good enough picture so that you can see if this set meets your quality standards. Consistent pricing on the other retailer in used condition happens every now and then so I do consider the other retailer used prices. 04/02/2016: the other retailer, Cyber City, NEW, SSS = Super Saver Shipping. The Decoy: 5-7$(7 Sellers one with SSS 93,93,95,98,99,99,100% Feedback) 04/02/2016 Initial price point: Good starting point 4.95$. Less then the minimum that I really want to sell a single DVD after fees, postage, other things and assuming the DVD is valueless there is loss if this thing actually sells. 04/22/2016: Too soon after initial listing for a reprice. 08/27/2016: Good number of page views(90), one watcher. This is just about as low as I am willing to sell something on eBay for. I have no idea how people sell DVDs for less then this price point and not lose money doing it, even assuming the DVD has zero value. 04/11/2017: High number of page views(243), one watcher. Folks this is as low as gets. 08/08/2017: High number of page views(350), no watchers. Reducing to 4.45$. 12/18/2017: One sold, restoring prior price point of 4.95$. 03/03/2018: One sold, maintaining current price point of 4.95$. 04/14/2018: Good number of page views(32), no watchers. Too soon after recent sale for a reprice. 5/08/2020: One sold, increasing price point of to 5.95$. Why less then the other retailer: I am in general undercutting sellers on the other retailer because I want to move product and don't want to play the other retailer games with pricing. On the other retailer a good number of sellers use some form of auto pricing. These programs look at other prices and tend to reprice things daily, the simplest is 1 penny less then the lowest cost seller with a bottom set for how low to go. If a seller has 3000+ listing some form of auto pricing is probably in place. There are sellers who do not do this and simply charge a high price, at some point in time they will be the last seller who has something, very good profits result from this, but you need to be willing to wait years for this to happen. With pricing eBay and the other retailer are silos and pricing on one does not have a great effect on pricing on another. On the other retailer if I went in with a price of 39.95$ others would respond and sell it for 39.94$ and it will go down a penny or so a day till things stabilize at a somewhat lower price. I played some games with this in the past and well got product for a significant discount as a result of it, hopefully the programs they are using are more intelligent then they used to be.
