Faint bumping to top and base of spine, and light rubbing to corners. Dustjacket (which showed a field of dandelions in the cover design) is missing. According to the publishing history, there were three Doubleday printings through October of 1957. As "First Edition" is not stated at the bottom of the copyright page, this copy is either the 2nd or 3rd issue of that 1st Edition run. Even without the jacket, this is a handsome and very hard-to-find Bradbury novel that began as a merged collection of short stories.
