Growing up, Cindy experiencedfrom her parents firsthand the love of God and how to open ones hands to the will of the Creator to serve Him in ones daily work. Froma very young age, Cindy found great joy in the pages of a book. As she learned how the words could come to life and transport her back intime, encourage paths to navigate the present, or allow her to peer into the future, her love of all things literature blossomed. Cindy becamea teacher of reading and English at the age of twenty-two. The love of stories, the timeless classics, and specifically those in Gods storybook, the Bible, instilled a passion for how the literal and figurative language threaded throughout a text could penetrate the heart and make onefeel seen, accepted, and pursued by the heavenly Father. The way the Bible uses parables, dialogues, comparisons, and imagery to reveal thehuman spirit and Gods divine purpose can never be replicated. What can be done is to allow Gods inspiration to unfold, using ones God-given passions and talents to spread His love for humanity through the writing of an inspired story.
