Stewart played for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1978-1983 and the Dodgers won the Series in 1981. He was with the Rangers from 1983-1985 and the Phillies in 1985-86. With the Oakland A's from 1986-1992 he won 20 Games 4 straight years and helped lead the A's to a World Championship in 1989, named World Series MVP. Stewart made his only All-Star team in 1989. He led the American League in Wins in 1987 and threw a No-Hitter on June 29, 1990. Stewart pitched in the 1990 World Series but the A's were swept by the Cincinnati Reds. With Toronto in 1993 and 1994, he played on another World Championship team before retiring after pitching again in Oakland in 1995. His stats were 168-129 record, 3.95 ERA and 1,741 Strikeouts. He's in the Oakland A's Hall of Fame.
