Includes the dummy finger, a bluetooth device that sticks into the finger, and charger. I think this is kind of gimmicky, read online reviews and watch some youtube videos before trying. Its best to be used with a stooge. I tested it using a speaker, it needs headphones with a wired cord in order to do the trick (not included). There's a loose 3.5mm female connector built into the finger/device where the headphone cord connects. Its easy to pair with a phone, hold down the only button there is to put it into pairing mode. There's a small on/off switch on the electronic part of the device. Having given my opinion the this item is over-rated, its also no longer made and becoming rather rare, which is driving up the value.
