Description: Del-Tron Positioning Stage with a .001 linear adjustment is a great addition to the Unimat Miniature milling lathe. Designed and manufactured by McMaster-Carr (part #60935K21). This Del-Tron Positioning Stage is a dual axis liner stage or table and is manually operated and accurate with .001 adjustments. Used for fine adjustments, the table can travel approximately 3/8" in either direction from center (left, right, up, down on horizontal plane). Larger adjustments are done by using the normal lathe slide & carriage adjustments. The top bed is approximately 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" with 10 threaded mounting holes. Please see the blue print in the listing pictures for exact specifications. Unimat DB200 / SL1000 / Unimat 3 usage: This stage was mounted on a metal plate by using the 4 screw holes in the bottom stage. The plate holding the stage was than mounted to a Unimat mill plate with two Unimat style T-nuts. The plate can be offset and bolted directly to the Unimat slide carriage. The camera flash creates the copper color showing in the listing, no rust. This positioning stage is commonly used with a Unimat lathe but is made by Del-Tron, not Unimat.
