The obverse shows King Christian VII, facing to the right, engraver's initials "P.G" below, (Gianelli portrait). The obverse legend shows "CHRISTIANVS . VII . D . G. DAN. NORV. V. G. REX". The reverse shows a crowned, oval shield w/arms of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and value in letters above. The date below is divided by the mint master's initials. Nice original condition with a little blue toning at the borders around some of the lettering, and the same at the top edge of the hair of the portrait. The other obverse surfaces are silver/gray tones of aged silver. The reverse is has a little darker tone at the border on the upper half, and the other surfaces are silver/gray tones of aged silver. The surfaces show only typical, normal marks from circulation for the age coin it is.
