Department 56 Dickens Village Series "Wrenbury Baker" w/ Box, Side Sign, VG/EX

Description: This beautiful Porcelain "Wrenbury Baker" building will be a great addition to your "Dickens' Village Series" Christmas Village Collection! This Series is part of the "Heritage Village Collection" by Department 56 Company, was made in 1995, and may be a retired item (not sure). This building measures about 5.25" long x 5" wide x 5.75" tall and is in very good to excellent condition (subject to opinion) with no major obvious chips, scratches, or blemishes. This includes the removable side sign that you see in some pictures (but not all). The building is generally very clean, but may need a little more cleaning. The building includes a provision for a light bulb to light the interior, but the light bulb is not included. Includes the original box (has some tears and signs of wear) and interior Styrofoam packaging. Please check the pictures closely to see the condition of the building to make sure you agree with my condition assessment.
