It has a pair of ice tong holders attached to it. The piece is made of glass and there is a small insert inside that the tea light would sit in and will protect the holder from getting wax residue on it. The holder has the original tags attached but the tags are a little dirty. The piece appears to be unused and is in great condition. Measures about 3.5" wide x 2" tall to the top of the cube, 3" to the top of the tongs when leaned back.
