Description: You are buying one vintage 2006 Department 56 Dead Creek Mill Halloween village house/building, model 54606. This is a limited numbered collector's edition, # 4,889 of 13,000. Mostly made of porcelain (with a few plastic pieces) and measures approximately 7.5" wide, 7.5" long & 8.25" high. It comes with the original AC adapter and is tested & working. The interior lights up and the water wheel turns. Overall in good condition for it's age but being sold AS-IS due to the following issues that I am aware of: The bats on top of the roof are missing, the skeleton is missing his fishing pole and part of his legs are broken off/missing. I don't see any other obvious problems such as chips or cracks.
