Description: This listing is for a Hand-painted Porcelain Department 56, Heritage Village Collection, Village Express Van, # 5865-3, With Four Wheels That Rotate, New in Box ("NIB"), Mint Condition. Village Express Van comes with original Styrofoam container, and cardboard sleeve (shows normal wear). Vehicle measure approximately 3 1/2" long. Painted in Earth tone colors. In Outstanding Condition - No cracks, chips or paint loss. Introduced December, 1993 and Retired December, 1996. Model details are intricate and plentiful, and hand-painted colors are amazing!
