The manual is still in good condition overall, but there is a small spot of a little stain in yellow and beige in the back cover in the middle a little in the bottom. The letter: ''B'' of Blvd has been colored a little (photo 6), but it is very very minor. There is also a very very very tiny little tear of 2mm long in the very top of the front cover page on the left. Despite all this manual still does the job very very well.
