Description: Dick Dale and his Del-tones "Summer Surf" 1964, solid EXC+ original copy in mono - with the bonus 7" 45-rpm - this is the super-rare "Canadian" pressing Capitol T-2111 (with the IAM/Scranton logo in the dead-wax); the EXC+ cover is straight and square with no seam splits, and has the "Litho In Canada" on front and back (note the small distributor's drill hole top right corner); the labels also state "Mfd. in Canada"; the deadwax, having the International Association of Machinists logo (IAM), point out that the pressing "parts" were sent to Canada from Scranton, Pennsylvania (matrices end in H1/P1); the vinyl itself is a clean VG++/EXC on both sides; this copy comes with the rare, VG++/EXC promo 7" Capitol 45-rpm Capitol PRO-2648 ("Racing Waves" b/w :Movin' Surf") / by Jerry Cole & The Spacemen (manufactured in Scranton and sent to Canada, matrices end in G2/G2); comes complete with the Scranton, PA Capitol "red" inner sleeve in EXC+ condition (note in photo 1 that the exact album is advertised on the inner sleeve at the lower left); super rare to find this "Canadian" version in nice condition (there are virtually ZERO references for the Canadian version of this 1964 surf release).
