Description: Disney Polly Pocket Style Vintage The Little Mermaid Ariel Under the Sea Palace play set. This rare item includes most of the original accessories, those not included are Max, The Magic Trident Wand and The fabric dress. I believe this set was made in 2002. The wand contained a magnet that would activate the switch when moved over the yellow or red clam shell opening the revolving door on the left or the chest on the right. This feature also works with the push of a button located in front of the revolving door and chest. By pressing the turret the gears will revolve and cause the figures placed on the largest gear in the tank to revolve and appear to be swimming. You can do this with or without water in the tank. The figures and the palace are in near mint condition. This is a great piece to add to your collection.
