The Fine and Coarse grit Monocrystalline diamonds are securely bonded in nickel, electroplated onto a perforated stainless steel plate, and sandwiched over a lightweight fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate base. The durable polycarbonate handle, 5" x 1 1/8" closed, folds closed for protective storage of the diamond surface, and folds open to form a convenient handle for sharpening.
