Description: Duane Dwyer co-founded Strider Knives along with Mick Strider and since the beginning, both have been making interesting designs that just work. This almost feels like it's the DDC Baby Huey. This is a full custom, dress build of the Dwyer JR 8.5. The blade is a chisel drop point in PD1 with Duane's gunmetal finish. Satin blue hardware. Handles uniquely, using both the thumbdisc and stop pins. The frame is fully contoured with a milled horizontal line pattern. Black Timascus is only used on special-occasion builds by Duane. He does not offer Black Timascus normally. Even Mokuti is rare. This is a very rare model from him and the only dress version I've seen. I believe this is a one-off build. 2 7/8" blade, 7" overall, 4 1/8" closed.
