Description: Dunhill Tanshell 60F/t pipe reconditioned with new mouthpiece. Sandblasted in brown, model 60 F/t classic straight lovat number 4T with new traditional black ebonite mouthpiece. Evaluation group 4. The pipe is very elegant and refined; the warm color acquired over time enhances the perfection and grain of the briar. The pipe is medium/small in size and is characterized by a more than capable bowl for excellent smokeability in every situation; it is a classic Dunhill model. Its lightness makes it ideal for every smoke whether you are walking or sitting comfortably in an armchair. A classic that never tires and is always current. The Dunhill date is a little smoky and never clear but the pipe may have been made in 1966 or 1968. The Tanshell was introduced in 1952. Light sanded, with a hard, dense briar. The result is a "soft" grain, delicate to the touch and without deep incisions. For many years it was absent from the market but since 2016 Dunhill has resumed production. Availability is very limited as only pipes with unblemished briar can become a Tanshell. The pipe is 138mm long
