Description: A hoop clamp mount for a 1/4" diameter (harder to find than later larger diameters) percussion accessory arm, 1920s or 30s vintage. I think this is a Duplex-made part but it has no brand marking on it. Nickel finish. Very good condition with light cosmetic wear for its age. Has not been cleaned.
